17:00-19:00 Informal Welcome Reception with Drinks and Cocktail Snacks
Towne Stove & Spirits 

The welcome reception will take place at Towne Stove & Spirits a warm, welcoming respite in Boston’s bustling Back Bay. It’s a place where all are welcome and the savory scents from a wood-fired rotisserie mix with the hearty sounds of laughter and good conversation. A place where people relax and enjoy culinary surprises from around the globe.

Location: 900 Boylston Street. Adjacent to the Hynes Convention Center and at walking distance from the Westin Copley Place.

Casual dress; drinks and cocktail snacks will be provided.




 


Sunday July 5: Welcome day

16:00-17:00 First Time Attendees and New Members Welcome and Orientation: Westin Copley Place Hotel - Adams / Parliament Room (7th floor)

Come and meet the AIPC Board of Directors and management team; get a quick orientation to AIPC and its programs and find out how to make the most of your Annual Conference experience.


17:30-21:00 Welcome Reception and Dinner at the John F. Kennedy Library & Museum

Transportation by bus to JFK departing from the Westin Copley Place

The John F. Kennedy Presidential Library and Museum is a vibrant tribute to the life and times of the 35th President of the United Sates, John F. Kennedy. Attendees will be invited to travel back in time to the early 1960s for an engaging, interactive look at one of the most important eras in American history. The event will start with a self-guided tour of the JFK Presidential Museum and will be followed by a cocktail reception in the iconic Pavilion. After the reception guest will be invited to enjoy a New England style clam bake in the Stephen Edward Smith Hall.

Dress is casual smart.

From 21:00 return by bus to the Westin Copley Place

Tuesday, July 7: Conference day II

19:00-22:30 AIPC Award Dinner at the Boston Convention & Exhibition Center (BCEC)

Transportation by bus to the BCEC from the Westin Copley Place

The AIPC Award Dinner, a traditional high point of the Annual Conference, is where we will announce the winner of the 2015 AIPC Innovation Award.

Built by users for users, the Boston Convention & Exhibition Center is the most flexible, customer-friendly, and technologically advanced convention facility in the world. Attendees will start the evening off at the North Lobby for a cocktail reception. The evening will end with an awards dinner inside the convention center Ballroom Pre-function Space with breathtaking views of Boston’s waterfront.

Dress code: business suit and cocktail dress
